At J. Louise Buttercreamery, LLC, we believe desserts have a special way of bringing people together. We are proud to partner with schools, churches, nonprofits, youth organizations, and community groups to help raise funds through delicious, made-to-order desserts.
Our fundraising program offers a simple and enjoyable way to support your cause while sharing handcrafted desserts. Our desserts are made fresh to order using quality ingredients, and every fundraiser is carefully organized to ensure a smooth and successful experience for both supporters and the organization.

How It Works

1. Submit a Fundraiser Request
Organizations complete our fundraiser request form to get started.

2. Fundraiser Page is Created
Once approved, we create a dedicated fundraising page on our website where supporters can place orders.

3. Supporters Place Orders Online
Customers order directly through our website during the fundraiser period.

4. Pickup Day
Orders are prepared fresh and are typically scheduled for pickup approximately two weeks after the fundraiser order window closes.

5. Funds Raised
Your organization receives a donation for every box sold.
Fundraiser Menu
Each organization selects three cupcake flavors and three cookie flavors for their fundraiser menu.
Cupcakes
Dozen – $40
$13 donated per box
Old-Fashioned Cookies
Dozen – $35
$10 donated per box
Cake Cookies
10 per box – $35
$10 donated per box
To ensure a successful fundraiser for both the organization and our bakery, a minimum of 24 total boxes sold is required for each fundraiser. If the minimum requirement is not met, the fundraiser may be rescheduled or canceled.
All items are made fresh to order and packaged for easy pickup.
Pickup Information
Fundraiser orders are picked up during the following pickup window on the scheduled pick-up day assigned at the start of the fundraiser.
Customer Pickup:
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM CST
Organization Pickup for Unclaimed Orders:
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST
Orders not picked up by 5:00 PM CST will be forfeited without refund.
