Booking & Policies

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit and completed inquiry form are required to reserve your Dessert Bar Experience.

  • Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event.

  • Dessert Bar packages include up to 2 hours of service.

  • The host may select the desired service window during the event.

  • Additional service time is available for $20 per hour.

  • Additional flavor selections may be added for $15 per flavor.

  • Delivery and travel fees, if applicable, are determined based on the event location and will be provided during the inquiry process.

  • Add-On Inventory may only be purchased with the corresponding Dessert Bar Experience package.

  • Guests may purchase Add-On Inventory once included desserts have been exhausted.

  • Unsold Add-On Inventory remains the property of J. Louise Buttercreamery.
